Black Masoor - 1 cup
Onion -1 Large(minced)
Tomatoes - 2 (Chopped)
Oil - 2 table sp.
Chillies Spice Drop™ - 4-6 drops
Jeera Spice Drop™ - 4 drops
Garam Masala Spice Drop™ - 4 drops
Salt -to taste.
Heat oil in a pressure pan or pressure cooker, fry onion till light brown.
Add tomatoes, fry for 2 minutes, and add washed masoor and 2 ½ cups of water in it.
Add salt, pressure cook for 10 minutes. Release pressure, add the Spice Drop™ and mix well.
Serve hot with rice or chapathis.
