Shredded Cabbage - 1 cup
Grated Carrot - ½ cup
Grated cooked Radish - ½ cup
Vegetable stock or water - 4 cups
Corn flour - 2 table sp.
Soya sauce - 1 ½ table sp.
Brown vinegar - 2 table sp.
Ajino Moto - A pinch
Chilli Spice Drop™ - 6-8 drops
Garlic Spice Drop™ - 4 drops
Salt and Pepper - to taste.
Cook vegetable in the stock or water.
Add salt, Pepper and soya sauce.
Simmer for 2 -3 minutes.
Mix corn flour with ¼ cup of water, add to the simmering soup and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add the Spice Drop™ and vinegar and remove from fire.
Serve hot.
