Paneer - 200 gms
Curds - 4 table sp.
Sugar -1 Cup (or as per taste)
Ginger Spice Drop™ - 2 drops
Garlic Spice Drop™ - 5 drops
Chilli Spice Drop™ - 5 drops
Garam Masala Spice Drop™ - 5 drops
Salt -to taste.
Beat curd till smooth and mix with salt, Spice Drop™
Marinate Paneer & cool for 2 hours.
Tomatoes - ¼ kg
Tomato sauce - 2 table sp.
Cashew powder - 4 table sp.
Sugar - ½ table sp.
Fresh cream or malai - ½ cup
Butter - 6 table sp.
Chilli Spice Drop™ - 5 drops
Garam masala Spice Drop™ - 5 drops
Salt - to taste
Make Tomato Puree. Fry the marinated Paneer pieces in butter.
To the remaining butter add cashew powder & fry for 1 min.
Add tomatoe puree, sauce, sugar, Spice Drop™ and salt.
Simmer till thick. Add Paneer pieces, simmer for 2 minutes.
Garnish with cream & serve.
